The Studio is a unique music facility in a £1m converted 100 year old Baptist Church near the centre of town. It is a facilitator helping to engage the local population in music either as trainee, performer or spectator. It encourages participation in and enjoyment of music by all members of the community, particularly those disadvantaged people who have had little opportunity to experience and enjoy arts activities through lack of easy access or lack of money.
