The National Museum of the Royal Navy in Hartlepool offers an immersive experience into Britain's naval history. Spanning 100 acres on the western edge of Hartlepool, Summerhill Country Park is both a hub for outdoor activities and a Local Nature Reserve. Ward Jackson Park is a municipal park located in Hartlepool, England. It is named after Ralph Ward Jackson, a local industrialist, who founded West Hartlepool in the 19th century. In later life, Ward Jackson encountered financial difficulties and a fund was established to help him out in his old age.

Hartlepool Art Gallery opened in 1996 and is within a minutes’ walk from Hartlepool Railway Station and close to Hartlepool Town Centre, Middleton Grange Shopping Centre, the National Museum of the Royal Navy Hartlepool, and the Town Hall Theatre.
